MESHA BOND KEMP ’95 is the Chief of Staff for Silicon Valley Bank, A Division of First Citizens Bank. In addition to her Chief of Staff responsibilities, she also is Head of Strategy & Operations. Mesha has a commitment to diversity recruiting and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.  She has been both a sponsor and speaker for Women in Leadership, Women in Information Technology, Military and Spouse Employee Resource Groups, Simmons Leadership for Women and a sponsor and company recruiter for National Society for Black Engineers (NSBE) and Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE). Mesha is a proud US Air Force wife with four children.
