Joe Hughes ’84 retired as executive vice president and employee benefits division leader of Senn Dunn Insurance, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. company. Before joining Senn Dunn Insurance, he was a founding partner of Professional Benefits Management LLC. and held roles at Ciba-Geigy Corporation, UnitedHealthcare, and Piedmont Administrators. Joe previously served on the Elon University Parents Council and is a former board member of Industries of the Blind, the UNCG Board of Visitors, and the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra.
