Hank Cunningham is a certified mortgage banker. He founded Cunningham & Company in 1990, and after selling the company, now serves as senior vice president for Highlands Residential Mortgage. He is former chair and vice chair of the Greensboro Housing Development Partnership, former chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association Residential Board of Governors, former director of the Mortgage Bankers Association, and former president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas. In 2011, he was presented the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Distinguished Service Award and inducted into the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association Hall of Fame.
